This site is my way of sharing a lifetime of experiences with Northwest food and wine. The recipes are original and come from friends, family and my own imagination.
I have been in the food industry for 35 years, and wine has been part of my working life since the early ’70s when I lived in California’s Napa Valley.
I have learned that coming home from work and cooking a meal doesn’t have to be a chore. I choose recipes that generally include no more than five ingredients and can be ready in 45 minutes. Each makes a tasty, elegant alternative to fast food.
I suggest wines to pair with each meal and will only recommend wines I have tasted.
This is simple but extreme food that will challenge your senses. Join me if you have a taste for Northwest flavor adventures.
